IT Operations Engineer (f/m/d)

• Monitoring: Proactively monitor platform performance and create monitoring checks to maintain operational integrity
• Incident Management: Analyze, resolve and document incidents, including root cause analysis and reporting
• Continuous Service Improvement: Process service and change requests to improve monitoring and reporting capabilities
• On-call Duty: Ensure 24/7 operations with on-call support in collaboration with the operations team

• Experience: 2 years of professional experience in a similar IT Operations role or equivalent experience, preferably within the payments or banking sector
• Skills: Initial experience in IT service management and monitoring based on ITIL practices, strong problem-solving skills with an ability to implement effective solutions, and fluent in English (C1)
• Attitude: Proactive, team-oriented mindset and drive to optimize your workflows with AI tools

For legal reasons, we must provide the gross annual salary, which is based on the collective agreement and is approximately EUR 45.800,00 (based on full-time 38.5 hours per week).
